By subscribing to PTSwealth monthly membership at $39.95, you agree to the following Terms as well as the General Terms of Use of this website.

Terms of Membership Subscription

• Upon payment completion and activation of your membership you will receive access to all previous entries, benefits, articles and discounts insofar special offerings have not expired.
• The monthly Membership fee will be deducted from your Paypal or Credit Card account via automatic billing on the same date you subscribed in the previous month, unless canceled before the due date of your subscription. Example: If you signed up on the 15th of any particular month, the next billing will occur on the 15th of the next month and continue until you unsubscribe or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions canceled after the due date will not be refunded since the membership benefits will remain in effect until the next billing cycle.
• If your recurring payment is not completed within 5 attempts by our automated billing engine, your account will be suspended and you will receive a notification from the administrator allowing you to rectify the arrears or express your wish to cancel your membership.
• Cancellations will terminate subscription rights on the date your next subscription payment would have been due. NO automatic billing will take place. No refunds, in whole or in part, will be issued since the subscription benefits will remain in effect for duration of your subscription. e.g. If you cancel on the 10th of the month but your next billing cycle is scheduled on the 25th of the month, your subscription will remain in effect until the 24th.
• You herewith accept the above terms and conditions, including the general "Terms of Service (TOS)" and authorize PTS Wealth to bill you monthly on due date until due notice of cancellation on your behalf is received by the administrator of PTS Wealth clearly indicating the word or words "Cancel Membership", "Stop Billing by PTS Wealth" or any other form that can be clearly construed as a cancellation of Membership.
• Please note that you can ONLY use Paypal, Visa or MasterCard to pay for your subscription.
• Once your submitted payment has been approved at the Paypal payment gateway, you will be redirected to the subscriber page on PTS Wealth site to complete registration. Please enter username and password of your OWN choice to complete the registration! You MUST return (do not click away from Paypal transaction window!!!!) to the site else your REGISTRATION will NOT be completed!!!
• Should you accidentally click away from your Paypal Payment window, please contact us using the Customer Service link under the About Us tab at the top of this website's page to inform us about your accidental error! The PTS Wealth administration will verify your payment receipt and issue you a system generated username and password that you can modify anytime.
