Ingredients : 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 8oz pkg of herb stuffing 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 1/4 cups hot water Salt and pepper to taste One onion cut up and added to stuffing Directions Place chicken breasts in crock-pot. Pour and spread cream of chicken soup over the chicken. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with the water and add the stuffing. Pour this over the chicken and soup. Cover and bake on low for 4 hours. |
