crab art

The Moche people of ancient Peru worshipped nature, especially the sea. They placed emphasis on animals and often depicted crabs in their art.

And having said that, there is also an art to making crab dip.  This recipe combines the art of presentation and down right good taste.

 INGREDIENTS

  •
2 pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
  •
1 can onion and chives cream cheese

  • 1 can French onion dip (med)

  • 1 onion chopped very fine
  • 1 bell pepper chopped very fine

  • 1 pkg. crabmeat
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  •
1 tsp. horseradish

Note: I prefer the real crab meat, (lump) but you can use the imitation.  If you use the imitation I suggest chopping it up.
