 Great Southern Crab Cakes Want a recipe for great crab cakes you will sure to have everyone coming back for more?
Ingredients • Bread crumbs or crushed crackers (Ritz or Saltines) • 1 lb crab meat • 1 Egg 1 Pinch of Dry Mustard, (can use reg. mustard) • 1 Can of Celery Soup salt and Pepper to taste Directions Mix all ingredients together. Shape into hamburger size patties and dip into bread crumbs, Fry in hot oil, Reduce heat to low and fry Until Golden Brown. Serve with French Fries and Cole Slaw. Prep Time: 10 Min Cook Time: 30 Min Total Time: 40 Min Servings: 6 |
